Project Management
Our project staff of 20 is grouped into teams that have areas of functional and business expertise. A senior researcher heads each team and is involved in every project. Our senior researchers have between 15 and 25 years of experience and serve as a resource to the clients with whom they have developed long-standing relationships. Junior-level research associates are well-trained and assist in various aspects of a project under the guidance of the senior team leader.

Field Management
Our Field Director oversees an on-site department of six field supervisors and a national network of over 200 data collection agencies. Each project is managed by a field supervisor who communicates on a daily basis with the external field and internal project managers.

Data Processing
Our data processing department is on-premises, which allows for maximum flexibility and responsiveness. Rigorous standards are set to ensure the highest quality output.

Graphics
Our graphics department is unparalleled. Our presentations incorporate standard and custom 3-D charts, and integrate visuals which are distinctive and unique.
